As founder of YoungStars and The Talents Guys, he works with athletes at every level — from youth to pro — guiding them through NIL deals, college recruiting, sponsorships, and long-term career planning.
He has collaborated with World Cup-winning soccer players and global music artists, and serves as a Board Member-at-Large and Tennis Committee Member of the Junior Orange Bowl, leading efforts in player experience and sponsorship.

Robert Gomez is the Professional Tennis Operations Supervisor for the City of Coral Gables and serves as Tournament Director for the prestigious Junior Orange Bowl. Named the 2024–2025 RSPA Florida Professional of the Year, he’s recognized for his leadership in youth development, community programming, and high-level coaching. Robert has mentored top collegiate athletes, including Nickolas Stood, the 2025 U18 Easter Bowl champion, and continues to shape the next generation of tennis talent on and off the court.
